I had an interview with a major “financey” company about a year and a half ago (before I had my current job), and ended up talking about how badly I wished that dogs could receive text messages.
“You know, if you had to stay late at work and you know they’re getting anxious because they’ve usually eaten by now and they’re confused because you’re not even home yet, etc.”
That I didn’t get that job doesn’t even need to be explained, but I’m sitting at home right now wishing I could send my dogs a text message because my mom totally isn’t answering her phone and I wish they could be all like, “yo, call your kid back.”
